Returns, Cancellation & Refund

SmackDeal clearly describes its returns and complaint policy, so the customer has no doubt how to proceed in case of withdrawing from the contract or filing a complaint about a purchased product.

To make a complaint, please follow the steps below:

1. Return/complaint form
Please complete the return/complaint form and attach it to the returned product. The form needs to contain the following data: customer’s name, e-mail address, phone number, product ID, and description of the defect, date of purchase.

2. Product return
When filing a complaint, please return a complete product and a copy of the invoice.

3. Shipping

Return/Cancellation & Refund Policy

smackdeal.com will accept Return & Refund Policy only for Defective items, items damaged at the time of receipt, and incorrect items. Products damaged while being used do not qualify for refund or replacement.

SmackDeal strives to provide the utmost customer satisfaction, so we have carefully crafted our Refund policy to align seamlessly with our website’s diverse range of products and services. We understand that unexpected circumstances might arise, leading to a cancellation or a need for a refund. Rest assured, we’ve got you covered.

Once a refund request is initiated, our dedicated team works diligently to process it swiftly, ensuring the amount is promptly credited to your bank account.

Typically, this process takes 5-7 working days, ensuring you receive your refund without unnecessary delay. Your peace of mind is our top priority, and we are here to assist you every step of the way. Also, we will send an email when the refund has been completed.

If an order is unable to be delivered due to a buyer issue, in that case, we deduct the shipping charges, and the rest will be refunded using the above method.

Read below issue, which we call a “Buyer Issue”:

  • No one was present to receive the package
  • Do not receive or respond to courier calls or SMS
  • Office/Shop closed
  • buyer refuses to receive the package before the 7-day delivery period.
  • Wrong phone number or address provided by the buyer
  • Wrong email address
  • Shifted to another place

Please email SmackDeal customer service at [email protected] to submit your return or cancel request. You have 48 hours from the date of receipt to request before returning.

The Name of Customer and Order No. must be printed clearly on the outside of the carton, and all products must be securely protected in double packaging. Products must be returned in the original package with/including documentation, manuals, warranty information, other accessories, registration, etc. is valid for 10 days only and will expire on the 10th day after the date of issuance. The products must be received by smackdeal.com within 10 days.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted without the prior approval issued by smackdeal.com.

We will refund your full money if we cannot replace the damaged/defective product.

Return Policy

You can return any item purchased from our store within 5 days of delivery. Defective items, damaged at receipt, and incorrect items received may be returned without penalty. Your shipping charges will be waived. When we receive your return, we will send it to the manufacturers to inspect the Damages or missing Products or accessories and issue a refund.

Exchange

If you placed the wrong order, you have 3 days from the date of receipt to request for exchange. If you want an exchange, you will get a 100 % refund but must pay all the shipping charges. The product must be returned in original condition with all miscellaneous accessories; the Product must be returned securely protected in double packaging and with your name and Order no. on the outside of the carton. You are responsible for the risk of loss, shipping, and handling fees for returning or exchanging the product.

Order Cancellation

To cancel an order, call our customer care at 8910786040 or email [email protected] with your Order ID and Name.

If the order has not yet shipped, we will cancel its shipment and refund the entire amount.

If the order is shipped but not delivered yet, We are requesting the buyer please don’t accept the product from the courier person. We will cancel the transaction and refund the entire amount, but we will deduct Shipping Charge only.

Product Damaged/Tampered Delivery

If the packaging is damaged or is tampered with before delivery or if you think the product is in a bad condition on delivery, please refuse to accept the package. Call our customer care at 8910786040 or send an email at [email protected] with your Order ID and Name. We will ensure the product is replaced and delivered to you as soon as possible.
