No Scar Cream Description:
Hydroquinone is the primary topical ingredient for inhibiting melanin production and has potent antioxidant abilities. Tretinoin treats and reduces the appearance of marks by increasing collagen production in the dermis. Corticosteroid mometasone not only reduces inflammation as a side effect of both hydroquinone and tretinoin, also inhibits melanocyte metabolism.
MECHANISM OF ACTION:
The skin colour comes from a natural pigment called melanin. Melanin pigment is synthesized in specialized cytoplasmic organelles called melanosomes. Within the melanosome, the enzymatic conversion of the amino acid tyrosine to melanin is catalyzed by the enzyme tyrosinase. The melanosomes in the darker portion of the skin are more active than those found in the normal areas of the body. The ingredients in No scars cream counter this process in multiple ways by dealing with not only the melanosomes, but also the enzyme tyrosinase. Results will vary based on your particular skin condition and the amount of skin exposure received. Though initial improvement is often seen in just 2 weeks, full results generally appear after 2-3 months of regular use. Stop using after that and consult doctor for further instructions.
INDICATIONS:
Double action remedy for hyperpigmentation that helps to reduce scars, marks, blemishes, post-pimple scars, stretch scars, dark circles under the eyes and burn scars. Suitable for all skin tones.
CONTRA INDICATIONS:
Do not go out in sun after applying this cream. Use of this product should be discontinued if hyper-sensitivity to any of the ingredients is noticed.
SIDE EFFECTS:
Sensitive or thinning of the skin, redness, irritation, burning or mild skin rash may occur when this medication is first applied to the skin.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Apply and massage gently till the cream is fully absorbed. The quantum of cream to be applied will depend on the extent of absorption in the skin and the area to be applied to. Only one application is advised and at bed time.
PRECAUTIONS:
Do not allow the cream to enter eyes and mouth.
Discontinue the use if skin irritation occurs.
Do not apply on broken skin.

Only one application is advised and at bed time. After 6-8 weeks of use, apply cream sparingly to avoid corticosteroid related side effects.
